Terms of Service

By using dsaistudio.com and subscribing to our Website Generator service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Nature

DS AI Studio provides an automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that generates and hosts restaurant websites based on predefined templates and Google Sheets integrations.

2. AI Outputs & Accuracy

You acknowledge that elements of our service utilize AI. While we strive for high quality, DS AI Studio does not guarantee the 100% correctness of AI-generated initial content. You are responsible for reviewing and updating your website's content (such as prices, menus, and business hours) via the provided dashboard.

3. Scope of Service & Custom Requests

Your active subscription covers the hosting, maintenance, and usage of the existing features included in the predefined website template. Any requests for custom features, structural layout changes, new page creation, or third-party integrations outside the standard platform offering are not included in the standard subscription. Such additional requests will be reviewed and billed separately on a project or hourly basis at our discretion.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Fees: The service requires a one-time initial setup fee (e.g., $199) and a recurring monthly subscription fee (e.g., $49/month).
Billing: The subscription fee will be automatically charged each month to your payment method on file via Stripe.
No Refunds on Setup Fees: Due to the infrastructure costs and automated deployment processes triggered upon sign-up, the initial setup fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline.

5. User Conduct

Users shall not use the service for any illegal activities, upload malicious files to the Gallery Manager, or attempt to reverse-engineer our automation models and source code.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the input data (your menu, text, and photos). DS AI Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the website template, underlying service infrastructure, and code automation scripts.

7. Limitation of Liability

DS AI Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost revenue, business interruption, or damages arising from website downtime or incorrect menu pricing displayed on the generated sites.
